Well fall is definitely underway here in Colorado.  In fact it seems to have hit with a vengeance this year like it was mad summer even tried to show up.  But honestly this is a great time to camp. My visit to Famous Toastery this past weekend was highly underwhelming and altogether basic, which made me greatly ponder the angle I wanted to take for this article.   With all of the new restaurants popping up in Fort Collins, especially in the Old Town area, sometimes it is nice to return to an old favorite. Lucile’s Creole Café has held its popularity as a breakfast and lunch spot in Fort Collins and other Northern Colorado locations. Passing by, you may mistake it for a small house. My first experience at The Waffle Lab was a morning after drinking a little too much with friends the night before.
